2010 Integrated Water Master Plan Update
The District contracted with Brown and Caldwell to update the 2006 Integrated Water Master Plan due to recent changes in state legislation regarding water use targets and greenhouse gas emissions, federal and state guidance regarding recycled water, and to address climate change risks by modeling future droughts' estimated impacts on the District's water supply reliability. 2020 Compliance Plan
The District contracted with Brown and Caldwell to develop a 2020 Compliance Plan to help meet new mandates for water conservation that have been incorporated into recent state legislation. The Water Conservation Act of 2009 is legislation passed as Senate Bill X7-7 (SB7). Enacted in November 2009 by California lawmakers, SB7 requires water suppliers throughout the State to decrease per capita urban potable water use by ten percent (10%) by December 31, 2010 and by twenty percent (20%) by December 31, 2020. Sewer System Management Plan
The District is now required to comply with the State Water Resources Control Board, Order No. 2006-0003 DWQ, entitled "General Waste Discharge Requirements for Sanitary Sewer Systems" (WDR), administered and enforced by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. The Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP), prepared by HDR, dated September 2009, was adopted by the District Board on October 21, 2009. Use the link below to view the report.
Storm Water Management Program
The Storm Water Management Program for Rancho Murieta Community Services District General Permit for the Discharge of Storm Water from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) was approved by the State Water Board on June 22, 2009. Use the link below to view the approved report.

Wastewater Facilities Expansion and Financing Report
The District contracted with HydroScience Engineers (HSe) in December of 2006 to prepare a Wastewater Facilities Expansion and Financing Report. HSe began the background report preparation in January 2007. In the ensuing months, three public workshops were held including a 21 day public review and comment period.
