Construction Alert For January 11-13, 2021

TYPE OF WORK: Fire Hydrant Replacement

The Rancho Murieta Community Services District (District) will be replacing a fire hydrant in this area. To complete the replacement the water supply may be temporarily shut off to residence near this address. For those affected, the water outage is estimated to be of a short duration, less than 30 minutes, and is anticipated to occur sometime between 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Piping work is anticipated to be complete by 4:00 p.m., and work to pour concrete, let it set, and backfill will take two additional days. Unknown circumstances may extend this out. Trench plates, safety tape and barricades may cover this work until paving may be completed.

Traffic controls will be in place to allow staff to complete the necessary work for this repair. There will be construction equipment, as well as heavy equipment working in the area. Please avoid the area and work site for your safety while work is in progress.
