TYPE OF WORK: Fire Hydrant Replacement

The Rancho Murieta Community Services District (District) will be replacing a fire hydrant in this area. To complete the replacement work is anticipated begin at 8am each day. Work will consist generally of digging out the existing hydrant piping, inserting new piping connections and to pour concrete, let it set, install hydrant and backfill. Unknown circumstances such as weather conditions and competing priorities may extend this out. Trench plates, safety tape and barricades may cover this work until paving may be completed.

Traffic controls will be in place to allow staff to complete the necessary work for this repair. There will be construction equipment, as well as heavy equipment working in the area. Please avoid the area and work site for your safety while work is in progress.
