May 9-12, 2019, The Horseman’ s Expo will be held at the Equestrian Center. It is typically held at Cal Expo. Attendees will be directed down Murieta DrIve to Cantova Way to the end by the Catholic Church. No Parking signs will be posted along Murieta Drive, the entrance to Murieta Village, and along Cantova Way. Portable lights will be in the parking areas for after dark.

Lone Pine will be closed to all traffic except for vendors. If District Patrol has a call or urgent need to enter the Equestrian Center, they can do so through Lone Pine and then the main gate. Routine patrols will not be possible as the road and the main gate will be closed. Any law enforcement needs will be routed to Sacramento County Sheriff's Department (SSD) or California Highway Patrol (CHP). There will not be any law enforcement on site or assigned to the event.

The event opens at 9:00 a.m. each day to avoid commute traffic. The first horse events start at 11:00 a.m.. The people attending will be in and out all day as different classes start at different times so there should not be any rush of traffic and people at once.

Friday and Saturday events are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the only anticipated rush of traffic leaving around 10:00 p.m.
