The Rancho Murieta Community Services District has launched a faster, more secure and easier way for residents to enroll in the new SiSA™ Smart Alert Platform by HQE Systems. Residents can now easily and quickly register their phone number, online, to receive life-saving communication during emergency and important community announcements.

The SiSA™ Smart Alert Solution by HQE Systems will provide secure, rapid, and reliable communication during urgent or emergency situations affecting Rancho Murieta. The District uses this system to send automated or recorded messages to the phone numbers registered by residents.

If you are unsure whether your current phone number is registered, we encourage you to enroll again to ensure accuracy. While making the switch to the new system we have taken every step possible to transfer data you have registered with CodeRed.

Note: HQE Systems SiSA™ alerts are now to be used for local notifications created by the District. All residents are also encouraged to enroll in the Sacramento County Emergency Alert system, Reverse 9-1-1, which is used by county agencies for urgent incidents such as fires, floods, and evacuation notices.
