Cal-Waste unveil a tool that makes it easier for residents to access information about their collection schedule and receive reminders that will ensure you do not forget your garbage collection day. This web-based tool allows residents to set up reminders that can be automatically sent to you by email, text message, or telephone or set up reminders in your Outlook Calendar.
Once you are signed up online, you can opt in to receive weekly reminders. You will also be notified of schedule changes due to weather, holidays, and upcoming events. You will also receive information about seasonal campaigns such as bulky waste clean ups and Christmas tree recycling.
You can also search the Waste Wizard to learn if an item should be recycled, composted, or disposed of.
Cal-Waste will continue to produce and distribute printed waste collection calendars. Visit the Cal Waste
