TYPE OF WORK:  EMERGENCY Water Leak Repair

The Rancho Murieta Community Services District (District) will be making a water repair in this area. Due to the location and materials used in the Village water system, to complete the repair the water supply will need to be temporarily shut off to residences near this address, as shown on the map below.  For those affected, the water outage is estimated to be of few hours and is anticipated to occur sometime between 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Work is anticipated to be complete by 4:00 p.m.; however, unknown circumstances may extend this out.  Trench plates and barricades may cover this work until paving and backfill may be completed.

Traffic controls will be in place to allow staff to complete the necessary work for this repair.  There will be construction equipment, as well as heavy equipment working in the area.  Please avoid the area and work site for your safety while work is in progress.

Once water service is restored you may experience some air in your water lines, which may be relieved by running a cold water tap to allow air to escape as water refills the piping.  We will be working as quickly as possible to make the repairs. Thank you for your patience.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
