Requests for Bids for Granlees Water Intake Improvements

Notice is hereby given that Rancho Murieta Community Services District requests for bids for Granlees Water Intake Improvements at Rancho Murieta, Sacramento County, California.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Rancho Murieta Community Services District, located at Rancho Murieta Community Services District, 15160 Jackson Road, Rancho Murieta, CA 95683, until 3:00 p.m, local time on April 1, 2024, or such later date as may be set by addendum, and then will be publicly opened and read for the construction of the following public works project:

Granlees Raw Water Intake Improvements. This project will include demolition of existing intake components, control gate replacement, grout placement, removal, reconditioning and replacement of structural steel beams, installation of grating, hatches, access ladders, and a bar rack. In addition, the Contractor may be responsible for redirecting water around the worksite as required.

The District will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the District office (15160 Jackson Road, Rancho Murieta, CA 95683) on March 13, 2024, at 10:00AM, a visit to the project site will occur immediately after the pre-bid conference.
